Didn’t come with a manual!I use this at my shop and it works great! Easy clean up and the donuts come out perfect.Very useful and easy to use and cleanI bought this for my 11 year old daughter who wants to open a donut shop someday. It cooks donut batter and cake batter perfectly! It is small and compact unlike some of the mini donut friersWr looked at, and way safer for her to use.We have been using this regularly for 6 months andhaven't had any issuedx love it!6 Cake Donuts every 5 minutes!Awesome quick, found the temp setting first batch, have made around 200.I use a stainless donut dispenser to fill very quickly, all cook evenly.Very happy.I dislike that there are NO instructions. There are no videos. You have to waste product and figure out what works because there is nothing that comes with this item. You won’t know how much heat and how much time! The reviews from people who say it’s a great product didn’t offer any help or what they did to make their products come out great, which would have been helpful! So I will update my review later when I figure out how to use it and provide a video for anyone else who decides to buy this product. But with this type of product and money spent, you would think an instruction manual or something would come with it!Amazing little donut maker, heat up fast and evenly.Hands down the best thing yet!
