I really wanted to like this air mattress, and I think for a very specific person in a very specific scenario, it would be perfect. But for our use (my wife and I tried using it while car-camping in her outback), it was just too much work for not enough value. In terms of my experience, I'd give it one star, but I'm bumping up to three because it performs what it claims fairly well, it just is not the proper tool for what I'd like to accomplish. The two stars I'm removing are for the cheap-feeling build quality (I wouldn't expect it to last more than a few uses without blowing a seam) and the mostly useless air pump provided.Pros: - Multiple sections to inflate: each individual section can be inflated to the exact level you want, to fit snugly into whatever space you're using. - Split-seam to match rear seat widths: if you are hauling something and can only put one seat down for some reason, you can inflate only the appropriate side of the mattress and still use it - Comes with a 12v air blower - Comes with an extra "filler" piece to take up the space of the rear seat footwells - Fairly comfortable for being a cheap air mattress...would work well if you are very lightweight - Each section has a one-way valve for inflating, so you don't need to worry about air escaping as you blow into it.Cons: - Takes a VERY long time to fill up to the correct firmness. Having so many sections is great in terms of configurability, but awful in terms of the amount of time it takes to fill up each section individually and try to match firmness between sections. My wife and I spent over an hour filling this up and getting everything just right...which wouldn't be bad if it was something you'd do once on a trip, but to take apart and redo every night, it's just not worth the time. I will be investing in two self-inflating sleeping pads instead. - Provided 12v air pump is very slow. It is faster to just blow into the valve with your mouth than to wait around for the pump to work. - If both sides are inflated, your body naturally wants to roll towards the seam between the "main" mattress parts. This is annoying both if you are by yourself or if there are two people sleeping. - Not great for heavier people. My wife and I are not significantly overweight, but we are also not very petite. I am 6ft, 220lb, and I can not comfortably lie on the mattress without some part of my body pushing down against the hard floor, unless it is inflated to the point that it feels like it will pop. - Inflating to my desired pressure feels like a balloon waiting to pop. I wouldn't expect this to last more than a handful of uses.Overall, it just didn't work in the way I was hoping. I think if you are using it in very specific circumstances (i.e. you are very small-framed and sleeping with one side inflated and the other side blocked off by boxes/etc) it may be perfect for you.
